InnovativEvents, Inc. is an end-to-end event specialty company that includes all corporate theater events both nationally and internationally. The skilled professionals at InnovativEvents, Inc. have been providing extraordinary experiences for over 30 combined years in the event industry.

InnovativEvents, Inc. serves clients nationwide and delivers on-site event production, from table linens and centerpieces to mouth-dropping staging, lighting and production.

Founded in 1987 by current president, Tracy Fuller as Happy Occasions, InnovativEvents, Inc. has grown from small beginnings into a full-scale event management company serving clients of all sizes.

Her teams build on concepts and integrate a client’s corporate themes or messages throughout an event.

Fuller’s production crews and event staff have world-wide experience, serving clients from Hawaii to Ireland.

Tracy Fuller, President

With 20 years in the special-event industry, Fuller blends her creative ideas and extensive resources to take corporate events, galas and award shows to soaring new levels.

“It’s about relationship building. We work to understand the effect your event needs to have and we turn out a memorable production that leaves you looking like the hero,” said Fuller of her approach to business. “We want our client’s focus to be on their guests, not the event details.”

Emily Giunta, Office Manager

Emily Giunta is the most recent addition to the IE team. She researches options for events and productions, addresses clients’ needs and requests, communicates with talent, vendors and service providers, and prepares proposals and contracts.

She recently moved back to Iowa after living in Phoenix, AZ for nearly 9 years. Emily has 8 years of experience in several areas including manufacturing and operations. She was a purchasing supervisor for a window manufacturer for 3 years and was responsible for $1.5 million of inventory. Emily also facilitated biannual physical inventory for the plant. Building relationships with suppliers and other departments was a main focus.

Before that Emily was a buyer and master scheduler for a slot machine manufacturer. She also assisted with marketing and promotions of new slot machines in casinos. Prior to moving to Arizona she was an event coordinator for the World Food Prize in Des Moines, IA. This is where she and Tracy met and worked together on the annual Awards Ceremony events.

Peggy Wright, Production Manager

Peggy was hired to help develop the Happy Occasions balloon business, and was a specialist in large mainframe and frameless balloon sculptures. As the company grew she began building props for large-scale events. Now more than 13 years later, she is still working with the same management team. She supervises on-site event staff and manages inventory in the warehouse.

As production manager Peggy oversees the construction and purchasing of props, creates schedules for the crew and organizes pickups and returns of the rental equipment. Peggy works closely with the sales staff to ensure a client’s vision comes to fruition. She successfully juggles myriad responsibilities, including researching products and entertainment and development of processes and procedures that help to streamline various elements of the company.

During her 13 years at Happy Occasions and InnovativEvents, Inc., Wright has developed strong relationships with vendors that enable our company to produce the highest quality products at the most reasonable rates.
