Kim Gorrell – Event Consultant
Kim joined InnovativEvents, Inc. in January 2007 and is involved in all aspects of event planning. From negotiating rates and orchestrating the logistics of an event to hand picking top-quality entertainment, décor, and catering vendors, Gorrell demands perfection.

Gorrell recently completed coursework with Event Leadership System, Temple University's School of Tourism & Hospitality Management.

Michael May - Florist
As the newest member of the Innovativevents, Inc. team May brings more than 15 years of special events and floral design experience to us.

He has been instrumental in producing many large upscale events in Phoenix, Arizona before transferring to Des Moines. He is known for his innovative hotel arrangements at the Scottsdale Princess, Scottsdale Conference Center, Double Tree resorts, as well as notable department stores like Nordstrom's and Sax Fifth Avenue.

Wright supervises the on-site event staff and manages prop and product inventory in our 10,000 sq ft. warehouse.

As production manager she oversees the construction and purchasing of props, creates schedules for the crew and organizes pickups and returns of the rental equipment. As the on-site production manager, Wright works closely with the sales staff to ensure a client's vision comes to fruition.
